Fred Foreman
Fred Foreman was a judge of the Nineteenth Circuit Court of Illinois.[1] He was elected in 2004 and retained in 2010 for a term that was set to expire in 2016. Foreman retired from the bench in 2014, before his term expired.[2][3]
Education
Foreman earned his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 1974.[2]
