Incumbent Audrey Stevens was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Fred Leonard was unopposed in the Republican primary. Stevens and Leonard faced off in the general election.[1] Incumbent Stevens defeated Leonard in the general election, and was re-elected for another term.[2]

Leonard ran for re-election in the 2012 election for New Hampshire House of Representatives, Strafford 22. Leonard was unopposed in the September 11 primary election and was defeated by Rose Marie Rogers (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[3][4]

On November 2, 2010, Leonard won election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives.[5][6]
