Fred Louis Wham (1884-1967) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Illinois.

He was nominated by President Calvin Coolidge on February 26, 1927 to replace George Washington English. He was confirmed on March 1, 1927 and received commission that same day. From 1949 to 1956, he was the chief judge. He assumed senior status on March 3, 1956 and continued to serve in this capacity until his death on February 2, 1967.
