Fred Madden
Fred Madden (Democratic Party) was a member of the New Jersey State Senate, representing District 4. He assumed office in 2004. He left office on January 9, 2024.
Madden (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the New Jersey State Senate to represent District 4. He won in the general election on November 2, 2021.
Biography
Madden earned his A.S. in law enforcement from Camden County Community College, his B.A. in law and justice from Glassboro State College, and his M.S. in criminal justice administration from St. Joseph's University.[1] His professional experience includes serving as the acting superintendent of the New Jersey State Police, as the chief of investigations for the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office from 2002 to 2003, and as the dean of the Gloucester County Police Academy.[2]
