Fred Miller is a former Democratic member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing the 31st District from 2005 to January 1, 2011.

Miller hold’s a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University’s James Madison College. He is working toward a master's degree in education at Wayne State University.

Miller worked as an aide to U.S. Sen. Carl Levin, U.S. Rep. David Bonior and State Sen. Ken DeBeaussaert.

Miller ran in the 2012 election for Maine House of Representatives District 117. Miller replaced the winner of the Republican primary, David Caron, who withdrew after the primary election and was defeated by Richard Farnsworth (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]
