My name is Frederick Burks I am the Constable seat and District 59 I'm also Birmingham police officer since 1991 I'm also a business owner since 1999

It's part of the Alabama Law Enforcement gospels was the first form of law enforcement in the the state of Alabama
I've been through Birmingham Police Academy Montgomery Police Academy I've been a police officer for over 33 years and has held the office of constable once already
Treat people better than they treat you
I can do all things through Christ that strengthen me
Making sure that court papers are served in a timely manner and enforcing the Alabama State codes and laws
The Alabama Jefferson County Democratic Alliance and the Alabama Democratic Committee
Every political figure is responsible and should be accountable for whatever they do in
