Frederick Glover
Frederick "Fred" Glover is an appointee to the Vermont Probate Court in Windsor County in Vermont. He was appointed by Gov. Philip Scott (R) on October 6, 2017, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Joanne M. Ertel.[1]
Biography
Glover earned a B.A. from Castleton State College and a J.D. from Antioch School of Law.[1]
At the time of his appointment in 2017, Glover was an attorney in private practice. His professional experience also includes work in the Executive Office for the U.S. Attorneys at the U.S. Department of Justice and for the District of Columbia Pretrial Services Agency.[1]
