Frederick J. Schuck is a judge on the Vicinage 4 Superior Court in New Jersey. He serves on the Criminal Division.[1] Schuck was appointed to the court in 2004 by Governor Jim McGreevey and obtained tenured status in 2011. He will now serve on the court until 2025 when he reaches 70 years of age.[2][3]

Education

Schuck received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1981.[4]

Career

Prior to his appointment to the bench, Schuck as counsel for the Camden County Board of Chosen Freeholders. He also worked in private practice as an associate at the Howard Sobel Law Office and Garber, Kasten, Jarve & Mullen.[4]
