Fritz Faulkner was the judge for the San Jacinto County Court in Texas. He took office in 2004, but lost re-election in 2014.[1][2][3]

Faulkner ran for re-election to the San Jacinto County Court.
Primary: He was successful in the Democratic primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 90.6 percent of the vote. He competed against Lou Rogers.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 46.9 percent of the vote. [3][4][5] 

2010

Faulkner ran unopposed in the Democratic primary for the San Jacinto County Court. He defeated Fred Taylor in the general election, winning 54.07 percent of the vote.[6][7]

Education

Faulkner earned an undergraduate degree from Sam Houston State University in 1980, going on to receive his J.D. from the South Texas College of Law in 1984.[1]

Career

Prior to joining the bench, Faulkner worked as a city attorney for the City of Shepherd. He also served as the mayor of Coldspring and spent three years as a member of the city council.[1]
