G. Andrew "Andy" Brigham is a judge for the Stewart County General Sessions Court in Tennessee. He also has jurisdiction over the Stewart County Juvenile Court. He is based in Dover. He joined the court in 2003.[1][2] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires on August 31, 2022.[3]
