G. David Binegar is a magistrate judge of the Seventh District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in 1993 to serve Scott County.[1]

Biography and Education

Binegar graduated from Iowa State University in 1976 with a bachelor's degree. He then received his law degree from the University of Iowa in 1979. He is now married and has two children.[1]

Career

Binegar has worked as a private practice lawyer since 1980 and as a magistrate judge since 1993.[1]
