G. Rand Beacham
G. Rand Beacham was a Utah Fifth Judicial District judge for Washington County, Utah for the St. George District Court.[1] Judge Beacham was first appointed to this position in August 1995 and retired from the court on December 16, 2012.[2][3]
Education
Beacham graduated from Snow College and Utah State University. He went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law. He worked in private practice in the areas of civil litigation, transactions, and business work for 15 years. Beacham was appointed to the Fifth District Court by Governor Michael O. Leavitt in August of 1995. He has served in that position since.[2]
