My wife Milaine and I have been married for 29 years, blessed with six wonderful children, two sons in law, and four grandchildren here in Michigan where we have lived since 1998.

In that time I’ve done it all from side jobs to entrepreneurship and business leadership — as an auto executive, a Medicare specialist, a commercial real estate broker, and the owner and operator of Gabi’s Auto Service Center in Farmington Hills, a successful business that I later sold. Like so many of us in our district, my wife and I did whatever it took to provide for our family in an increasingly costly and challenging world.

I was born and raised in Israel by proud American parents. At the age of 18 I was drafted to serve in the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces). After serving in an infantry unit in the artillery division, I was honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant.
  • I personally understand the challenges we face as Michiganders from runaway inflation, Biden’s failed immigration policies, violence and rioting in our streets, and extreme indoctrination invading public schools.
  • I hold common sense views bolstered by conservative principles including fierce defense of individual liberties and the value of a smaller, fiscally responsible government. If we have to make tough choices to keep our households running, so should politicians and bureaucrats in DC.
  • I am part of Michigan’s working class and I will fight for working class families. I know what it takes to earn every dollar on my paycheck and scramble to make ends meet. I know your struggle because I’ve been through the same, working second jobs, raising children, and building a business.
Representing the interests of Michigan’s Hard Working Families, not special interest groups.

Creating jobs and economic opportunities for small business.
Advocating for law enforcement, military, first responders, healthcare workers, veterans and their families.
Securing our borders and promoting a robust legal immigration system.
Improving education! K-12, trade/vocational schools, community college, and skills retraining. Protecting students from extremist agendas.
Lowering taxes. You should keep as much of your paycheck as possible.
Fighting for fiscal responsibility by cutting excessive government spending.
Protecting national security by strengthening relationships with America’s true allies.
The U.S. must become less dependent on China.
Fighting for affordable healthcare options for citizens of all ages and protecting people with preexisting conditions.
Lowering prescription drug prices, without compromising quality or hampering innovation.
Under no circumstance will I support any decrease to Medicare coverage or Social Security payments for any recipients that paid into the system.

NO NEW TAXES. Under no circumstance will I support new taxes on any retirement or savings accounts and plans.
My grandfather, Hy Lewis, was born and raised in Washington DC. He started working for the department of Labor in the early 1930s. By the time he retired in 1969, he was the chief of the bureau of labor statistics (BLS) and achieved the highest rank possible for a unelected civilian (GS17).
It is impossible for one person to bring major change to government, but following my grandfathers example, I will make an impression and influence my colleagues in a positive direction.
I remember the historic peace treaty between Egypt and Israel which was signed on March 26th 1979 at the White House.
I was 6 years old at the time.

My first job was a lifeguard in summer camp during high school years.
