“ | Shall the Board of Education of Galena Unit School District Number 120, Jo Daviess County, Illinois, build and equip a primary school building and a high school building as additions to the Galena Middle School Building and to replace the existing Galena Primary and High School Buildings, build and equip other additions to and alter, repair and equip the Galena Middle School Building, construct site improvements and issue bonds of said School District to the amount of $24,000,000 for the purpose of paying the costs thereof?
