Galveston judge changes his mind about re-election
January 19, 2010
Galveston, Texas: C. G. Dibrell III has decided that he doesn't want to run for re-election to the Galveston County Court at Law after all. Unfortunately, he announced his withdrawal on January 4, 2010, five days after the December 30th deadline to withdraw from the March 2nd, 2010 Democratic primary race. He has filed a temporary restraining order in order to remove his name from the ballot.[1]
