Shall Ordinance No. 31-2012, providing for the amendment of the zoning map of the City of Garfield Heights, by rezoning Permanent Parcel Number 542-30-001 located at 11108 Granger Road from Single Family Residential (U-1) to General Business (U-4), be approved?[1][2]
