Two Garfield School District Levy Replacement measures were on the February 8, 2011 ballot in the Garfield school district area which is in Whitman County.
Both measures were approved
The first measure sought to replace an expiring levy with one set at a rate of $.34 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a period of two years in order to help pay for maintenance and operational costs in the district.

- NO 65 (23.47%)
The second measure sought to replace an expiring levy with one set at a rate of $3.79 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a period of two years in order to help pay for maintenance and operational costs in the district.[1]
