Text of measure

Ballot question

The ballot question was as follows:[1]

Shall Article III, Section 9, of the Charter be amended to clarify that the Council shall adopt its own rules of procedure at the first regular meeting in January of each year, but in the event the Council does not amend the rules at that time, the rules for the prior year shall be deemed to be adopted by the Council.[2]
