Gary A. Loxley
Gary A. Loxley was a judge of the Warren County Court in Lebanon, Ohio. He was appointed to the court by Governor John Kasich in March 2013 and assumed office on May 6, 2013. Loxley filled the vacancy created by the election of Judge Donald E. Oda, II to the Warren County Court of Common Pleas. Loxley was elected to the court in 2014, winning the right to serve the remainder of Oda's unexpired term, which ended on December 31, 2016.[1][2]

Education
Loxley received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, his master's degree from the United States Army War College, and his J.D. from the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University.[2]
Career
From 2006 until his appointment to the Warren County Court in 2013, Loxley served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for the Civil Division of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.[2]
