Biography
Clark is a small business owner in northwest Florida. He previously worked as the vice president of member services for West Florida Electric from 1988 to 2015. He later served as the deputy secretary of land and recreation for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection from April 2015 to September 2017.[2][3]
