Gary Fenner is a Federal Article III judge on senior status for the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. He joined the court in 1996 after being nominated by President Bill Clinton. Fenner assumed senior status on September 8, 2015, after Roseann A. Ketchmark was confirmed to his seat. [1]

Education

Fenner graudated from University of Kansas with his bachelor's degree in 1970 and later graduated from University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law with his J.D. in 1973.[1]

Fenner was nominated by President Bill Clinton on December 13, 1995, to a seat vacated by Scott Olin Wright as Wright assumed senior status. Fenner was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on July 10, 1996, and received commission on July 25, 1996.[2] Fenner assumed senior status on September 8, 2015.
