Gary Hamrick

Gary Hamrick is an at-large representative on the Harrison County School Board in West Virginia. He first joined the board in 2012.[1]
Hamrick sought another term in the general election on May 10, 2016.[2] He successfully won re-election to his seat.[3]
Biography
Hamrick has worked as an investigator for the Harrison County Prosecuting Attorney's Office since 2001. He previously worked as a child protective services worker for the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources and as an investigator for the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. Hamrick is also a musician with the group Ryan Cain and the Ables. He serves as president of the American Federation of Musicians Local 580. He also serves on the Harrison County Community Corrections Board, and he is a former member of the Harrison County Democrat Executive Committee. Hamrick earned a bachelor's degree in sociology and political science from Fairmont State College. He has one son and two step-sons.[1]
