Gary J. Golkiewicz was a special master for the United States Court of Federal Claims. He joined the court on its creation on October 1, 1988 and served as its chief master from then until 2010.[1]

Early life and education

Golkiewicz earned a B.S. in accounting in 1977 from Canisius College and his J.D. from Catholic University in 1980.[1]

Federal Claims, Special master

Golkiewicz was appointed to the United States Court of Federal Claims as a special master and assumed duty on October 1, 1988. He served as chief master from that date until April 8,2010.[1]
