Education

Jubas received an undergraduate degree in criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from George Mason Law School.[2]

Career

Jubas has over 20 years of experience as a private attorney and an assistant district attorney in Cambria County. He has also taught at Saint Francis University and the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.[2]
