Gary MacLaren
Gary MacLaren (b. March 28, 1942) is a former Republican member of the Montana House of Representatives, representing the 89th District from 2005 to 2013.
MacLaren's professional experience includes working as the following: network administrator at Electronic Data Systems, small business owner at Cookie Cupboard, finance administrator at Stauffer Chemical Co., and research chemist at Stauffer Chemical Co. He also served as an electronics officer in the United States Navy from 1964 to 1967.
MacLaren earned his B.S. in chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley in 1964 and his A.A. from Bakersfield College in 1962.

On November 2, 2010, MacLaren won election to the Montana House of Representatives. He defeated Richard Stamey in the June 8 primary by a margin of 1,475-613. Russ Vogel ran for the seat on the Constitution Party ticket. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.
