Elections for the Michigan House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election was held on August 5, 2014, and a general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was April 22, 2014. John Chirkun defeated Gary McMenamin in the Democratic primary. Jeff Bonnell defeated Art Blundell in the Republican primary. Les Townsend ran as a U.S. Taxpayers Party candidate. Chirkun defeated Bonnell and Townsend in the general election.[2][3][1][4]
