Education
Flower earned his B.S. from Jacksonville University and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.[1]
Career
Flower is a judge of the Duval County Court and was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush in 2000. Prior to joining the court, he was a magistrate and child support hearing officer. His other experience includes working as an assistant state attorney and a partner for a civil and criminal law firm.[2]
