Gary P. Kramer was a circuit court judge for the 2nd Division of the 23rd Circuit Court in Missouri. Kramer was elected circuit judge for the 23rd Circuit Court, Division 11, in 1982 and then re-elected in 1986. He was then elected to the 23rd Circuit Court, Division 2, in 1990 and then re-elected in 1996, 2002, and 2008. He retired at the end of his term on December 31, 2014.[1][2][3]

Education

Kramer received his undergraduate degree from Carleton College in 1969 and his J.D. from Washington University Law School in 1972.[4]
