Biography
Popkin was born in New York, New York. He earned a Ph.D. from Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute in 1990. Popkin's professional experience includes working as a professor of computer systems at the New York City College of Technology. His organizational affiliations include the Brooklyn Libertarian Party and the New York State Libertarian Party.[1]
