Gary Rikard
Gary Rikard is the former Mississippi Executive Director of Environmental Quality. He was appointed by Gov. Phil Bryant in July 2014.[1] He resigned on January 13, 2020.[2]
Biography
Rikard worked as an attorney and environmental engineer with the department until leaving in 1998. He worked as an attorney and partner with Butler Snow LLP in Memphis, Tennessee until accepting the executive director position in 2014.[1]
