I am a small business owner and a proud Mill Creek resident for over 12 years. My guiding beliefs for governance are fiscal responsibility, respect for the law to ensure safe and livable neighborhoods, and the principle of “live and let live.”

My volunteer experiences include serving as a teaching assistant for local area high schools through the Microsoft TEALS program. I was also a proud Watch D.O.G.S (Dads of Great Students) volunteer at Cedar Wood Elementary. My family currently supports a Mill Creek-based non-profit foundation committed to helping the community and empowering young people in STEM.

My professional experience includes over 9 years building Smart City innovations for urban planning, transportation, public safety and land use purposes. I am currently a Business Head in a data analytics company, where I spend most of my time managing growth with the help of people, processes, and tools.

As a growth manager, I am proud of my experience in delivering on core principles of equitable and sustainable growth while simplifying complex issues and reducing friction through consensus.

On a personal front, my life is enriched by my family which includes my son who will be a Junior next year in Jackson High School, an adorable Havanese dog, and my incredible wife who keeps us all humming.
  • My vision for Mill Creek is that of safety, law & order, economic development and fiscal responsibility. Mill Creek deserves a future where community must thrive economically to maintain the safe, clean small-town appeal. As City Council member, I will work hard to establish programs & push through reforms that strengthen Mill Creek’s economic foundation by attracting new businesses, continues supporting local businesses, improving the safety law & order situation and ensuring that our budget is balanced.
  • I will focus on 3 things: economic development, fiscal responsibility & safety. Mill Creek has a $450K General Fund deficit in year 2025 of the current biennium budget and an additional planned $1.5M deficit in 2026. By 2027 we will not make enough money to pay for our essential services. Deficit in itself is not bad. Not having a plan to get out of deficit is bad.
  • For economic development, I have a plan with 3 pillars that can promise returns within 12-18months. Once things get better economically, the fiscal responsibility will be a domino effect. For safety and law order, I have proposed using smart and new technologies that efficient monitoring and policing.

An elected official primary responsibility is to provide an outstanding service to the constituents in a fiscally responsible way. Their experience and vision must be aligned with the needs of their city. They must listen to and accept diverse perspectives to shape policy and decision making.
Mill Creek must remain a city that balances growth with community well-being. A City Council member must pass policies that reflect the needs of all residents while maintaining a strong economic & community foundation.
Two primary responsibilities:

1. Provide an outstanding service

2. Be fiscally responsible
