Gay C. Gaskins was a judge of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in Louisiana. She was elected to the court in 1995 and retired on September 21, 2012.[1][2]

Education

Gaskins is a 1971 graduate of West Monroe High School in West Monroe, Louisiana. She graduated from Centenary College in Shreveport in 1975 and Louisiana State University Law School with her J.D. in 1982.[1]
