Gayl Branum Carr is a district court judge for the 19th Judicial District's Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in Virginia.[1]
Education
Carr received his undergraduate degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University and his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.[2]
