A Genesee County Healthcare Delivery Levy Renewal proposal was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Genesee County, which is in Michigan where it was approved.

This proposal authorized the Genesee County to renew a property tax of 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for seven years in order to fund a Healthcare Services Delivery System. The estimated first revenue from this tax was $8,606,928.[1]
