Genevieve Whitaker
Genevieve Whitaker (Democratic Party) was a member of the U.S. Virgin Islands Senate, representing St. Croix. She assumed office on January 11, 2021. She left office on January 9, 2023.
Whitaker (Democratic Party) ran for election to the U.S. Virgin Islands Senate to represent St. Croix. She lost in the Democratic primary on August 3, 2024.
Biography
Genevieve Whitaker earned a bachelor's degree in government and world affairs from the University of Tampa, master's degrees in political management from George Washington University and in strategic criminal justice management from Boston University, and a J.D. from Stetson University. Whitaker's career experience includes working as an assistant professor and owning a consulting business.[1]
