Rent control is a very important topic of mine. Students are being taken advantage of across the country because renting agencies keep raising their monthly rent. This interferes with the local economy, minimum wage, and, local residents of the area and much more.
Local business owners and the employees that help grow and make the business successful.
I was a dishwasher at a local restaurant for 3 years.
