George Bridges
George Bridges was a judge of the Illinois 4th District Appellate Court. He assumed office on August 29, 2022. He left office on December 2, 2022.
Bridges previously served as a judge of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court First Subcircuit in Illinois.[1] He was appointed to this position by the Illinois Supreme Court on June 22, 2012.[2] He was elected to a full term on the court in 2014.[3] On January 4, 2016, Bridges announced his retirement from the court effective January 25, 2016.[4]

Education
Bridges earned an undergraduate degree in 1982 from National Lewis University in Evanston, Illinois, and later received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1987.[2]
