George Carter Carr (1929-1990) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Carr was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on November 21, 1977, to a seat vacated by Charles Scott; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 15, 1977, and received commission the next day. He served as chief judge from 1989 until his death on January 26, 1990. Carr was succeeded in this position by Anne Conway.
