George Chandler Holt
George Chandler Holt (1843-1931) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
He was nominated by President Theodore Roosevelt on March 2, 1903 to a new seat created by 32 Stat. 805. He was confirmed by the Senate and received commission on March 3, 1903. He retired on January 16, 1914.[1] Holt was succeeded in this position by Augustus Noble Hand. Holt died on January 26, 1931.
