George Copadis
George Copadis was the New Hampshire Commissioner of Labor. Copadis was appointed by Gov. Craig Benson in 2004. He served until July 2012 when he was nominated by Gov. John Lynch to replace Tara Reardon as interim commissioner of the Employment Security Commission.[1]
Biography
Copadis was the chairman of the Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority.[2]

Political career
Commissioner of Labor (2004-2012)
Copadis was appointed by Gov. Craig Benson in 2004.[2] He served until July 2012 when Gov. John Lynch nominated New Hampshire Labor Commissioner Copadis to replace Tara Reardon as interim commissioner of the Employment Security Commission.[3] His appointment is for six months or until a successor is appointed.[4]
During his leave of absence from the Department of Labor the responsibilities of labor commissioner are, by law, assumed by Deputy Labor Commissioner David Wihby.[5]
