George Franks was a district court judge for the 12th Judicial District, serving Cumberland County of North Carolina.[1] He was first elected to the position in 2006, and he retired at the end of his term in 2014.[2]

Education

Franks received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. from the Campbell University School of Law.[3]

Franks was re-elected to the 12th Judicial District after running unopposed.[4]
