George Parker Scarburgh (1806-1879) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Claims.

Scarburgh was nominated to the Court of Claims by President Franklin Pierce. He was commissioned on May 8, 1855, and ended his service on the court on April 11, 1861.[1]
