George Peterson, Jr.
George N. Peterson, Jr. (b. July 8, 1950) is a former Republican member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the Ninth Worcester district from 1994 to 2015. While in office, Peterson served as Assistant Minority Leader. Peterson did not seek re-election in 2014.
Biography
Peterson's professional experience includes working as a commercial fisherman and tree surgeon.[1]

Peterson won re-election in the 2012 election for Massachusetts House of Representatives Ninth Worcester District. Peterson was unopposed in the September 6 Republican primary and was unopposed in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
2010
Peterson won re-election to the Ninth Worcester seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He defeated Timothy Dodd in the general election on November 2, 2010.[4]
