George Satler
George Satler was a Democratic candidate for county sheriff of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Satler was defeated in the primary election on May 16, 2017.
Biography
Satler earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Edinboro University. He is a homicide detective for the Pittsburgh Police Department. Satler worked as a police officer in Castle Shannon and a firefighter in Dormont before joining the department in 1994.[1]
