The Georgia City of Elberton Electric System Bonds Amendment, also known as Amendment 13, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 4, 1930, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure allowed the city of Elberton to increase bonded indebtedness for electric systems.[1]
