The Georgia Stephens County Hospital Bonds Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 4, 1930, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure authorized Stephens County to incur bonded debt for hospital purposes.[1]
