Ballot title

The ballot title for Amendment 27 was as follows:

FOR ratification of Amendment to Paragraph 2, Section 6, of Article 7, of the Constitution authorizing the Legislature to provide a pension or retirement fund for employees of Richmond County and to enact laws authorizing a retirement or pension fund for the employees of The Board of Health of Richmond County.

AGAINST ratification of Amendment to Paragraph 2, Section 6, of Article 7, of the Constitution authorizing the Legislature to provide a pension or retirement fund for employees of Richmond County and to enact laws authorizing a retirement or pension fund for the employees of The Board of Health of Richmond County.
