Georgia Amendment 5, Washington County Temporary Loans Measure (1930)
The Georgia Washington County Loans Amendment, also known as Amendment 5, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 4, 1930, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure authorized Washington County to make temporary loans.[1]
