The Georgia County Taxes and Bonds Amendment, also known as Amendment 9, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 4, 1930, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure authorized Glynn and McIntosh counties to levy taxes and issue bonds for certain improvements.[1]
