The Georgia Flood Control Tax Exemptions Amendment, also known as Amendment 6, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 4, 1930, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would have authorized the general assembly to exempt power and flood control projects for the city of West Point from taxes.[1]
